Help me Kiss Goodbye to Multiple Sclerosis – 320 km, 1 Cause, 2 Loved Ones
I’m about to embark on a huge personal challenge to support a cause that hits close to home.
From 25 June 2026, I will walk 320 km across the UK on the famous Coast to Coast route. Think steep, rugged hills, windy moors, and boggy trails. I’m not young, not super fit – but I am determined. Every sore muscle and blister will be worth it.
Why MS?
Multiple sclerosis attacks the central nervous system – the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves. It’s the most common neurological condition affecting young adults, often striking just as people are starting families or building careers.
Two people I love live with MS every single day. This walk is my way of honouring their courage – and fighting for a future with better treatments, and one day, a cure.
