LET'S KISS GOODBYE TO MS
One of my dear friends was diagnosed with MS earlier this year, at only 28yrs old. In need of a challenge and with all my free time, the idea of running Queenstown Half was born.
With the help of ‘To The Max Performance’, we set out on a 5 month goal of a half marathon. I’m not built for speed…or endurance and haven’t run consistently since 2017, but what’s life without a few challenges.
Multiple sclerosis is a chronic and often debilitating disease, attacking the central nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord and optic nerves.
It is the most common neurological disease in young adults and comes in three forms: relapsing remitting MS, secondary progressive MS and primary progressive MS. Classification is dependent on disease activity and progression.
Your donation will support life-changing research into the prevention, treatment and finding a cure for multiple sclerosis. Donations go directly to MS Australia and Kiss Goodbye To MS.
Thank you!
Good luck Hobbit
